Step 01
During this phase we define together with our customers the strategic goals that we want to achieve with a chatbot. In addition, we determine the DNA of the Chatbot and the personas of the users. Step 02
Based on all the information from step 1, our Chatbot Developers will start working on the development of the project. They set up a user-friendly back-end in which the customer can manage the Chatbot themselves and develop the Chatbot to work on the channels desired by the customer (WhatsApp, Messenger, Web, Google home, etc.). We make a connection with the various systems of the customer so that the chatbot has all the logic and information needed for an ultimate Conversational Journey! Our development process is Agile.

During the implementation, the Chatbot is tested both internally and externally. If the tests are successful, we will put the Chatbot live on the channels that are relevant to the customer. We give our customers an instruction to train, monitor, improve, etc. the Chatbots themselves. From that moment on the Conversational Journey runs. We will continue to train and improve them based on the continuous monitoring of our bots. This is a continuous process.
